Burns dinner and dance

Our planned Burns Night Dinner Dance in 2021 and 2022 did not take place due to Covid-19, but it is fully our intention to bounce back to full strength in 2023. The new scheduled date for the event will be 4 February 2023.

Saturday 4 February 2023

Our venue for Burns Night gives plenty of space for dancing. After a drink the piper pipes us to our seats where we watch the Haggis being serenaded with  Burns’ famous poem “Ode to a Haggis”.

After a delicious three-course dinner our guest speaker gives the traditional “Immortal Memory” – a homage to the great poet Robbie Burns. And then the fun begins with the dancing. The evening finishes as we gather in a huge circle to sing the traditional Auld Lang Syne (words provided!).

The dress code is smart and stylish!

Tickets: TBC
